Vol. 3 No. 2 (2025)يسرّ هيئة تحرير المجلة العصرية للدراسات القانونية أن تعلن لقرّائها الكرام من الأكاديميين والباحثين القانونيين عن صدور العدد الثاني من المجلد الثالث 2025 ، في سياق مواصلة رسالة الكلية العصرية الجامعية الهادفة إلى ترسيخ ثقافة البحث العلمي الجاد، ودعم الجهود المعرفية في مختلف التخصصات.
يضمّ هذا العدد مجموعة من البحوث والدراسات العلمية المحكمة التي تتناول موضوعات قانونية معاصرة، وقضايا جوهرية تشكّل محاور اهتمام بارزة في الساحة القانونية على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. وقد خضعت هذه الأبحاث لعملية تقييم علمي دقيق، استنادًا إلى المعايير الأكاديمية الدولية المعتمدة، ضمانًا لجودة المحتوى وعمق التحليل.
وقد حرصت المجلة على تنويع الموضوعات لتغطي مختلف فروع القانون، مع التركيز على القضايا المستجدة ذات الصلة بالتطبيقات العملية، بما يُسهم في إثراء الفكر القانوني الأكاديمي، وتعزيز الصلة بين النظرية والممارسة.
وإذ نثمّن جهود الباحثين المشاركين، فإننا نأمل أن يُشكّل هذا الإصدار إضافة علمية نوعية تُغني المكتبة القانونية، وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة أمام الباحثين نحو المزيد من الإبداع والإسهام المعرفي الرفيع.

It is worth noting that the content of this issue is diverse, including recent research and studies in a wide range of legal topics that meet the aspirations of our esteemed readers. In the interest of transparency and scientific integrity, we reaffirm our commitment to providing high-quality research and adhering to ethical standards.
We are also pleased to invite researchers and legal writers to submit their work for publication in the future, thereby contributing to the enrichment of legal content and making valuable contributions to society.

Vol. 3 No. 1 (2025)يسر هيئة تحرير المجلة العصرية للدراسات القانونية أن تزف إلى قرائها من الأكاديميين والباحثين القانونيين إصدار العدد الأول من المجلد الثالث، الذي يأتي استمرارًا لرسالة الكلية العصرية الجامعية الرائدة في تعزيز البحث العلمي الرصين ودعم مسيرة التطوير المعرفي في المجالات كافة .
يتضمن هذا العدد مجموعة منتقاة من البحوث والدراسات المحكمة التي تتناول موضوعات قانونية معاصرة وقضايا محورية تمثل أولوية في الساحة القانونية، محليًا وإقليميًا ودوليًا. وقد خضعت هذه الأبحاث لمراجعات دقيقة وفقًا للمعايير العلمية الدولية المعتمدة لضمان جودة المضمون وعمق الطرح.

Vol. 4 No. 1 (2026)يسرّ هيئة تحرير المجلة العصرية للدراسات القانونية أن تعلن لقرّائها من الأساتذة والباحثين والمتخصصين في الحقل القانوني عن صدور العدد الأوّل من المجلّد الرابع لعام 2026، في إطار استمرار رسالة الكلية العصرية الجامعية الرامية إلى ترسيخ ثقافة البحث العلمي الرصين، ودعم مسيرة الإنتاج المعرفي في مختلف ميادين العلوم القانونية.
يضمّ هذا العدد نخبة من البحوث والدراسات المحكمة التي تعالج قضايا قانونية معاصرة، وتشمل موضوعات محورية تشغل حيزًا مهمًا في النقاشات القانونية على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. وقد خضعت هذه الأعمال العلمية لمسار تحكيم صارم يلتزم بالمعايير الأكاديمية الدولية، بما يضمن جودة المحتوى، ودقة المنهج، وعمق التحليل.
