About the Journal

The Modern Journal of Legal Studies (MJLS) is an international, scientific, and peer-reviewed journal published by the Modern University College – Palestine. The journal is concerned with publishing legal research and aims to publish studies that are distinguished by research originality, scientific addition, investigation and documentation, whether from inside or outside the university.

MJLS is an open-access journal for all, whether to contribute by publishing research articles or for reading, as part of the college's efforts to export it to the world as an accredited scientific source in legal sciences, while seeking to obtain international standards and accreditations.
