- Submit original work not previously published or deposited in digital repositories.
- Do not submit the paper to another journal simultaneously.
. Compliance with Research Ethics

- Avoid plagiarism, data manipulation, or fabrication.
- Respect ethical standards in handling data and participants.
. Formatting Requirements
- Follow journal-specific formatting: font type, size, citation style, and reference system.
- Ensure figures and tables are clear, well-labelled, and consistent with journal standards.
. Author Information
- Provide accurate details on authorship and contributions.
- Co-authors share full legal and ethical responsibility for the work.
. Cooperation with Editors and Reviewers
- Respond promptly to reviewer/editor requests and make revisions within deadlines.
- Provide clarifications or corrections when requested.
- Resubmit revised manuscripts as required.
- Inform the Editor-in-Chief if errors are discovered during review or after publication.
. Transparency in Funding and Conflicts of Interest
- Disclose all sources of research funding.
- Declare any potential conflicts of interest.
. Adherence to Timelines
- Meet submission deadlines and respond within set timeframes for revisions or feedback.
. Copyright
- Upon acceptance, copyright transfers to MJLS, including all rights of publication, distribution, and scientific use.
- Reprinting or translating requires prior written permission from the journal.

. Withdrawal Policy
- If an author withdraws a paper during peer review but before the reviewers’ decision, a fee of 200 USD

- All correspondence (peer review results, revision requests, submission of revised manuscripts) occurs via the journal’s website.
. Revision Deadlines
- Initial review corrections: within 3 days of notification.
