Author Guidelines

 

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. All submissions will be evaluated by the editor to determine whether they meet the journal’s aims and scope. Submissions considered suitable will be sent for peer review before a decision is made on whether they will be accepted or rejected.

 

Before submitting any manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any materials included in the submission, such as images, documents, and datasets. All authors listed in the submission must agree to be identified as authors. Where applicable, the research must be approved by the appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study is conducted.

 

The editor may reject a submission if it does not meet the minimum quality standards. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and sufficiently detailed. The title should be concise, and the abstract should be informative and able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. Once you are satisfied that your submission meets these standards, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

·         The research papers express only the opinions of their authors, who bear full and sole responsibility for their content and for any resulting violations of scientific standards and academic integrity.

·         Authors are required to use the designated research template without making any changes to the margins, font size, font type, line spacing, or paragraph formatting, all of which must be properly maintained. To view the journal’s template, click here.

·         The research paper must not exceed 30 pages and must not be fewer than 20 pages, using the specified size in the template, including sources, footnotes, tables, and illustrative figures. The pages must also be numbered consecutively.

·         All Arabic text in the research paper must be in the (Simplified Arabic) font, while adhering to the specified font size. To view the writing and publication guidelines, click here.

·         The research must be original and new, must not have been previously published in any other publication, nor presented at or submitted to any seminar or scientific

conference, and must not be derived from an academic thesis or dissertation (Master’s or Doctoral).

·         The research must be free from spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors.

·         Footnotes should be inserted automatically at the bottom of each page, with citations, references, and sources listed at the end of the research in accordance with an established academic methodology.

·         Research papers shall not be submitted for peer review until they have met the prescribed formatting requirements.

·         Any research that does not comply with the publication requirements will not be considered. The Journal is not obliged to notify the author of this decision, nor is it required to provide reasons for non-publication.

·         The research shall be rejected if its topic is deemed insignificant, lacks originality, or falls outside the scope of the journal.

·         The research shall be rejected if the data and information contained therein are outdated.

·         The research shall be rejected in cases of plagiarism or simultaneous submission for publication to more than one journal or in more than one language.

·         The submitted research paper shall be evaluated and peer-reviewed by a number of specialists in the field of the research topic.

·         The author shall be notified of the reviewers’ decision to accept or reject the paper. Once a paper has been accepted for publication, the author may not withdraw it and shall refrain from publishing it elsewhere. The Editorial Board may make formal or stylistic changes to the paper without affecting the substance of the subject matter.

·         Once the peer review of the research paper has been completed by the journal and the paper has been accepted for publication, all copyright and publishing rights shall be transferred to the journal.

·         The topics are arranged according to technical considerations and in no way reflect the importance of the research or the standing of the researcher.
