The study addresses the constitutional challenges accompanying digital technology, highlighting various issues related to fundamental rights, privacy, and cybersecurity. It examines how these constitutional challenges can pose obstacles to constitutions and explores the necessary constitutional amendments to protect individual privacy. The study analyzes how laws and policies can adapt to technological advancements to safeguard rights and freedoms. It emphasizes that privacy protection has become a critical issue with the increasing collection and use of personal data by companies and governments. The study also delves into constitutional laws concerning privacy protection, highlighting the importance of securing electronic systems and networks to safeguard societies from cyberattacks. Additionally, the study discusses international treaties and conventions that have established human rights regarding privacy and access to information, focusing on the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors and civil society in the field of cybersecurity.
