Abstract

Recent years have witnessed remarkable development in the field of artificial intelligence, which has led to the emergence of new legal and regulatory challenges, especially with regard to patent rights. Therefore, this research addresses the intersection between artificial intelligence and privacy related to patent rights by analyzing the role of artificial intelligence in creating new technologies, and its impact on intellectual property rights and privacy protection.

This research study aims to study the impact of artificial intelligence applications on inventor rights, by analyzing how this technology develops and its impact on the legal system for protecting intellectual property rights. The research seeks to explore the challenges facing inventors in the age of artificial intelligence. One of the main topics that the research discusses is whether patents should be granted for inventions that are developed by artificial intelligence systems without significant human intervention.

This research emphasizes the necessity of developing balanced legal and regulatory frameworks that guarantee the protection of the rights of inventors, whether they are individuals or artificial intelligence systems, in addition to evaluating the adequacy of current legislation in protecting their rights. It also aims to provide legal recommendations to legislators and policy makers to ensure a fair balance between encouraging innovation and protecting the rights of inventors in light of rapid technological developments
